This simple recipe comes from Jamie Oliver and is a great way to eat new broad beans.
250 g baby broad beans
100g spicy chorizo
Cook the baby broad beans in boiling salty water for 2 minutes (a little longer if your beans have reached a larger state). Then drain
Finely slice the chorizo. Heat a table spoonful of olive oil in a small pan and toss in the chorizo for a minute until lightly crisp. Add the beans and toss with the chorizo for a further minute to ensure the beans are heated through.
Serve and eat at once.
